Website content explains proposed services and does not constitute a commissioned intelligence assessment, legal advice, investment advice or a guarantee of business outcomes. The illustrative Sprint is fictional and must not be used as a current market assessment.
Engagement acceptance
An enquiry does not create a client relationship. Work requires compatibility and conflict review, any necessary authorisation, a written scope, agreed fees and payment arrangements. Delivery periods begin only after agreed prerequisites are complete and availability has been confirmed.
Scope and professional boundaries
Services rely on lawful public sources and explicitly agreed client materials. No classified or restricted sources, covert collection, intrusive surveillance or institutional endorsement are offered. Legal due diligence, sanctions advice, operational security and 24/7 monitoring are outside the standard scope.
Fees and use of deliverables
Published fees are indicative and exclude VAT where applicable. Confidentiality, intellectual property, white-label usage, revision limits and any liability terms are agreed in the engagement contract. Do not present website content as an institutional statement.
