Who is responsible

Contact enquiries
The form asks for your name, email and question, with optional company, role and timeframe. When you submit it, Formspree processes the enquiry, stores the submission in the owner’s account and forwards a notification to hello@forelineadvisory.com. The site does not send form contents to Google Analytics. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Enquiry processing is intended to respond to your request and, where applicable, take steps at your request before a contract. Business-contact correspondence and security may involve legitimate interests. The controller must confirm the appropriate legal basis for its circumstances before launch.
Do not send sensitive, classified, restricted or privileged information. Share only what is needed to discuss the proposed work. No file uploads are offered. Emailing directly uses the relevant email providers instead of Formspree.
Service providers and transfers
Formspree is the selected form service. See its privacy policy. Hosting and email providers also process technical logs or correspondence: [OWNER: insert providers]. When optional analytics is activated with your consent, Google processes website usage information. Provider processing may take place outside the EEA. Before launch, the controller must confirm processor agreements, locations and applicable transfer safeguards and describe them here.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics”, and only if a valid measurement ID has been configured. Before acceptance, or after rejection, the site sends no analytics requests or consent-mode pings to Google. Analytics records approved page views and a successful form-submission event without form contents. Query strings, URL fragments and referrer values are excluded by this integration. Advertising features are disabled in the website configuration.
Analytics may process cookie identifiers, device/browser information, page paths and technical network data. The legal basis for optional analytics is consent. You can withdraw via “Cookie settings” on any page. Withdrawal stops subsequent tracking; it does not undo data already sent. The controller must also review settings in its Google account.
Retention and preferences
The website remembers your analytics choice in local storage for up to 180 days. When analytics is enabled, this integration sets a non-renewing 180-day cookie lifetime. The owner must confirm and publish enquiry, provider-log and analytics retention periods here: [OWNER: insert confirmed periods]. These are separate from the cookie lifetime.
Your choices and rights
You can browse and contact us without analytics consent. Subject to the conditions in applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Contact the address above. You may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante where applicable. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is performed by this contact form.
