FORELINE ADVISORY
Market entry intelligence before you commit.
A structured view of the opportunity, the competitive landscape and the uncertainties that could change your decision.
Make the market question precise
“Is this market attractive?” is usually too broad. A useful brief identifies the product or service, target buyers, proposed route to market and decision deadline. Foreline then turns that brief into one key intelligence question and a small number of supporting questions.
For an industrial exporter, the question might concern a distributor, a tender ecosystem or the viability of a specific customer segment. For an advisory team, it may be a research module within a larger client mandate.
Competitive intelligence with an evidence trail
We use lawful public information to compare visible competitor positioning, partnerships, offerings and market activity. Sources can include company disclosures, procurement notices, official statistics and trade publications. We distinguish a stated intention from an observable action and do not treat incomplete public data as a complete market census.
- Identify relevant actors and their apparent roles in the market.
- Compare positioning and documented commercial moves.
- Test alternative explanations for apparent opportunities or gaps.
- Set out implications for your proposed entry route and next checks.
Geopolitical risk analysis in commercial context
Political and regional developments matter when they affect your customers, route to market, supply chain or investment assumptions. Our assessment links a defined exposure to plausible scenarios and observable indicators, with explicit confidence and limitations. It does not offer a prediction of political events or replace sanctions, regulatory or legal advice.
Mediterranean and MENA markets
Regional focus helps frame the research, but each country and sector requires its own evidence. Language coverage, source availability and material knowledge gaps are agreed or disclosed during scoping. Unsupported conclusions are left open rather than filled with false precision.
Begin with a Strategic Intelligence Sprint
One question, an 8–12 page or slide assessment and an executive readout. Delivery targets five working days after scope, materials and initial payment; complex assignments may need seven. The standard fee is €950, plus VAT if applicable. New questions beyond the agreed scope require a separate agreement.
